From September 2023, I co-delivered the WOW Company's 2023 Agency Profit Programme alongside some other fantastic consultants (Ben Potter, Nikki Gatenby, Karl Heasman, Jonathan Leafe, Rory Spence). In the programme, we took a group of agency founders through a bespoke programme designed to dramatically increase profit.
